Mortgage bonds are corporate debt instruments which are collateralized by real property and pay simple interest semi-annually. All bond issues are NASD registered any have a prospectus which details the issue. Since its inception Strongtower Financial (formerly California Plan of Church Finance) has assisted in the origination and sale of more than 1 billion dollars of mortgage bonds to individuals and institutions. We currently have mortgage bonds available which are paying up to 8.4% simple interest.We provide investment services to over 40 clients with investments approaching 10 million dollars.
